| been thinking about it as there are so many varients of the ternetzi. like if you could get the long fin trait going.the only thing is it would seem that you would need some good stock and a nice planted 20 long aquarium.i have read a bit about it but for me its uncharted teritory.are you going to give it a shot? | |

Maybe, i have 6 Glofish Tetras, and was thinking once they grow up and fatten out. Maybe trying to breed them and see if i get green babies. I've had my normal Blackskirts scatter eggs but never had a tank set up for it. | |

| that would be pretty sweet.from my understanding they are not to hard if you have the right setup.i was looking in a couple of my books and from what i have gathered they can achieve a 3 inch length and live 8-10 years.that is just crazy.i have never seen a black skirt of that size nor age but it is interesting and feasable.also spawning mops are recomended but i tlaked to a person in the shop and he said good old java moss.i guess the eggs are adhesive. | |

| it shouldnt be that hard, as long as you have the time and tank space. i know your fish are very healthy so i think it should be easy enough. most breeders seem to keep their hard earned secrets to themselves, but im sure tetras shouldnt be too complexicated... | |
