Here are a few pics of my 20 gallon tall reef tank. It has been running about 5 months if I remember correctly. It is my first shot at reefkeeping, and I am enjoying it so far. There is definitely a learning curve, but I am hanging on so far lol. It is lit with a 150 watt Odyssea HQI and 2x 14w t-5 fluorescents. The fixture also has 2x led moonlights that are on 24/7. The main system contains about 25 pounds of live rock, plus another 5 lbs of rubble in the refugium along with a DSB and ridiculously dense chaetomorpha.

Yes, that is my humongous emerald crab. There are several fish in there. I've got a lubbock's fairy wrasse, bicolor pseudochromis, orange spotted shrimp goby, and a scooter blenny.

NICE man ..i have been wanting a lubocks wrasse for some time.how do you like him and does he come out much.they are spendy and i dont think they ship well so i have been hesitant.and you should keep me in mind when you feel like your gonna frag some of those red skirted green zoas.actualy they are all pretty sweet.is there some kind of encrusting monti next to that emerald?you will definatly be needing room soon.

Thanks. The Lubbock's wrasse mostly hangs near/in/around the rock, but I see him quite often. His coloration and odd swimming method make up for a little skittishness in my opinion, and he had already been at Animal House for some time when I picked him up. I didn't have to worry about the shipping, just the 40 minute drive to my house. There is a red monti cap next to the emerald crab. It keeps getting overgrown with briopsis though. It's the only spot in the whole tank that has it. It drives me nuts!
