| I had just fed them, and that was when I noticed the new heads. These boys eat tons! At least four times a week. | |

| The blasto's and acan eat mysis and krill just like the fish, the sun polyp eats cyclopese (like it's candy). We should set up a weekend to do some trading. I got a piece of purple polyp digitat that was dying (it was dying at the store) and I think it's trying to come back now, it needs a good fragging I think. To make room for new growth. Also wondering on some chalice that I picked up. Eat happened was we bought it, then had to leave for a week and had someone watch the tank. Insert ammonia and nitrate spike here. Almost lost a few pieces, the chalice was one I think we lost but I haven't gotten rid of it yet. Maybe I'll post a pic and you can tell me if it's a lost cause or not. | |

| If it has any tissue lef I would keep it for a while longer.I have had chalices die back then return twice as nice months later. If you turn your actinics all the way up and turn off the white it will make it easier to spot living tissue on the corals. You can always cut out the last living piece and mount it soe where more suitable. | |
