It does look like an alcyonium as well.i have seen some dendros almost identicle without inflated tissue and polyps retracted.if it is the chili it wll be a bit more rough textured and a little rigid for a soft coral.both need feedings and apropriate flow.nice frag by the way Smile and did it inflate and extend its polyps after lights out or just after lights are on?
