| thanks badx... according to mike that's a montipora danae. I used to know a danae... anyway... it is cool because it is like 4x as thick as the other monitis i know so its a lot less fragile. plus it just looks cool. Everything is doing so well in the 75 so I am really happy. All the coral are out, happy, feeding, fat. The fish are out, happy, feeding and super fat (my yellow coris wrasse has a pudgy belly- he's also developing really cool opaque/white markings on his face and his gills are starting to look like eyes... i dunno if that is normal or what! )... | |

| i have never seen a yellow coris wrasse like that.i have ,now that you mention it ,seen some with what apear to be developing markings on the head area of several differnt yellow coris wrasses wich could very well be the begining of a nice little mask.can you nab a pic of the speedy little guy? | |

| here he is... the markings are very subtle right now and that false eye on his gill is new in the last couple of weeks... | |

| yeah man it could end up looking really cool! I bet that picture i found of the other fish is enhanced a bit- the colors dont look quite right... but *something* is going on with that face | |
