| does it move like a snail.and is it mainly nocturnal.it may be a type of cowrie or stomatella. | |

| ya it moves like a snail and i dont see it very often its like there then vanishes lol and it has little feelers that come out in front of it when its moving it is acctually quite pretty its jet black with that white stripe on its back and almost a hue of blue around the edge pretty cool have been wondering what it might be | |

| keep an eye on him as alot of the more unusual types of the forementioned are specialty feeders and might be consuming something that is desireable.if not then bonus hitchiker.i have had money cowries and green stomatellas come in on rock but that looks pretty cool.if you can get a better pic at some point post it. | |

| some kind of sea triton maybe? looks cool, but not worth it if its eating something cool in the tank, but im inclined to think that if you havent noticed the damage and its been in there for a while i doubt its eating anything too important... interesting creature... | |
